📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and implement age-appropriate play-based learning activities for infants.
• Observe and document the development and progress of each infant.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educators to support the overall growth of the infants.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the infants at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
• Adhere to all relevant early childhood education standards and regulations.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all infants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with infants in an educational setting.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Child Development Associate, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to making a positive impact on young children's lives.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
