As a Manufacturing Biotechnologist at Nusantics, you will work closely with a team of experts to design, optimize, and implement bioprocesses for the production of high-value biopharmaceuticals and biomaterials. You will leverage your expertise in biotechnology, process engineering, and quality control to ensure the successful scale-up and commercialization of our innovative products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize bioprocesses for the production of biopharmaceuticals and biomaterials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient biomanufacturing solutions.
• Conduct process validation and verification studies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and control bioprocesses using advanced analytical tools and techniques.
• Develop and implement quality control strategies to ensure the consistency and quality of bioproducts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in biotechnology and biomanufacturing.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the manufacturing team.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance bioprocess efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in biomanufacturing, bioprocess development, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of bioprocess engineering principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements for biopharmaceuticals.
• Proficiency in using bioprocessing software such as Simul8, BioProcessX, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
