📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the property is spotless and well-maintained.
• Organize and manage the cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and thoroughly.
• Prepare and maintain the property for guest arrivals and departures, including making beds, changing linens, and setting up the property.
• Inspect and maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure they are in good working order.
• Work closely with the property management team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their needs are met.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional cleaning services in a luxury property setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
