In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing compliance programs, monitoring transactions and activities for compliance with laws and regulations, and providing training and awareness programs to employees. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating compliance documentation, and for conducting audits and investigations as needed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct risk assessments and develop and implement compliance programs to ensure that Monee adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Monitor transactions and activities for compliance with laws and regulations, and investigate any potential violations.
• Provide guidance and support to business units on compliance matters, including training and awareness programs for employees.
• Maintain and update compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and records of compliance activities.
• Conduct audits and investigations as needed to ensure that Monee is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, risk management, and audit teams, to ensure that Monee's compliance program is effective and efficient.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and ensure that Monee's compliance program is adapted accordingly.
• Report on compliance activities and findings to senior management, and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance-related role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct risk assessments and develop effective compliance programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with compliance management software, such as SAP GRC Access, is a plus.
