As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our finance team. You'll work closely with our accounting and procurement teams to ensure all vendor payments are processed accurately and on time. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile accounts payable, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain and update accounts payable records using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize payment processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices, while adhering to company payment terms and conditions.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports to management.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end closing processes.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
