📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Coordinate inventory management and stock control processes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, managing delivery schedules and tracking.,Resolve any operational issues that may arise within the warehouse.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warehouse activities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.,Experience with logistics software and tools is a plus.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
