📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure the safety and security of warehouse personnel and inventory.,Manage inventory levels and implement efficient stock control systems.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as throughput, accuracy, and cycle times.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure they are competent and motivated.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift (preferred but not required).,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
