📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
  • Review and edit technical documents for clarity, consistency, and correctness.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create user guides and product manuals.
  • Update and revise existing documentation to reflect product changes and improvements.
  • Ensure all technical documents comply with company standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical writing support for training materials and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
