GEETA ESTETIKA is looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our therapy services, ensuring the highest standards of care and client satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the therapy services, ensuring high-quality care is provided to all clients.,Develop and implement therapy programs and protocols to meet the needs of our clients.,Supervise and mentor junior therapists to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and treatment documentation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of therapy services with other wellness programs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the therapy industry.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to therapists.,Manage and optimize the use of resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a similar discipline).,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the therapy industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is a plus.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the therapy industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
