📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs for staff members.,Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the progress and performance of the trainees.,Provide guidance and support to staff members in their professional development.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in culinary and health education.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the training programs align with the overall goals of the organization.,Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant feedback.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Nutrition, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching or training in the culinary or health industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs.,Knowledge of culinary techniques and principles.,Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
