📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and guests with a friendly and professional manner.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages professionally.,Maintain accurate records of visitor and staff movements.,Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.,Provide information about the company and its services to visitors and guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
