📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.,Assisting in the coordination and implementation of company events and meetings.,Handling office correspondence, including emails, calls, and meetings.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of office activities and transactions.,Assisting in the preparation and distribution of reports and documents.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Providing support to the management team in various administrative tasks.,Assisting in the organization and execution of office cleaning and maintenance schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate or administrative setting.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
