Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the strategic goals of Singapore General Hospital.,Develop and manage the LCD budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.,Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify training and development opportunities.,Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and impact of learning and development initiatives.,Monitor and evaluate the success of learning and development programs, making data-driven decisions to improve them.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and career growth within the organization.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, and incorporate them into our programs.,Provide leadership and mentorship to the LCD team to ensure their professional growth and development.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
