📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to mall visitors and shoppers.,Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues related to shopping and mall services.,Promote mall events, promotions, and new store openings to enhance customer engagement.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the customer service area.,Collaborate with mall management and staff to maintain a positive and welcoming environment.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.,Assist in training and mentoring junior customer service staff.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
