📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on construction sites,Develop and implement safety plans and procedures,Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety protocols,Investigate accidents and incidents to prevent future occurrences,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards,Maintain accurate records of safety inspections and incidents,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure safety standards are met,Foster a safety culture within the construction team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field,Certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) or equivalent,Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction site safety,Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in using safety management software and tools,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
