Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Source and screen candidates for various roles within the company.Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the company culture.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on candidate performance.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Ability to work in a remote environment and manage time effectively.🛠️ Keahlian
