Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Coordinate with team members to plan and execute tasks,Monitor and report on operational performance and metrics,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures,Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service,Maintain and update operational documents and records,Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs,Assist in the resolution of operational issues and challenges

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with operational processes and best practices,Understanding of customer service principles and practices
