📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
