📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the organization.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with the hospitality or food industry is a plus.
