📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and workflows.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the operations team and provide feedback and coaching.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Identify and mitigate risks to the company's operations and implement appropriate risk management strategies.,Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of activities.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and best practices.,Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software tools is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
