📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Work closely with the management team to ensure that the company's goals and objectives are met.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all departments.,Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff.,Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the operations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Experience in managing and mentoring a team.,Experience in developing and implementing training programs.
