As an Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and event management. You will work closely with our team to implement new initiatives and improve existing processes, driving operational efficiency and profitability.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house services.
- Manage and mentor a team of 20-30 employees, ensuring high performance and guest satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor operational procedures and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and execute events and special occasions.
- Ensure the establishment meets all legal and regulatory requirements.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality software, including PMS (Property Management System) and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
