📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure they are performing at their best.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.,Manage budgets and resources to ensure the company is operating within financial constraints.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Understanding of financial management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
