📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage daily hospital operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using operational management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
