📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records are maintained.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
