📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors.,Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Lead and supervise front desk staff, providing training and support as needed.,Monitor and maintain security protocols at the front desk.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles.,Proven experience in leading and supervising front desk staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using front desk software and reservation systems.,Knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
