📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client base.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the coffee industry.,Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is a plus.
