📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers,Promote and demonstrate our products to customers,Assist in stock management and inventory control,Conduct sales transactions and maintain accurate records,Assist in setting up and maintaining the store's point of sale system,Participate in sales promotions and special events,Provide feedback on customer satisfaction and product performance,Assist in training new staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service,Familiarity with computer hardware and software,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies,Valid driver's license (preferred)
