In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports for management, and assisting in the development of cost control policies. You will use tools like SAP, Excel, and Power BI to streamline processes and provide actionable insights.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor production and sales activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in the development and implementation of cost control policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management, using SAP and Excel.
• Support the Sales Controlling function by providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the agricultural sector.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel, with knowledge of Power BI a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with cost management and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP or IFRS is a plus.
