📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Support the Store Manager in planning and executing sales promotions and marketing activities.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
  • Assist in training and developing new staff members.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy and prevent stock loss.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
