Central Town Abadi is a well-established retail company located in Sanur, Bali. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in-store and remotely. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information.,Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve daily targets.,Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages if applicable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and cash register operation.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to work both in-store and remotely in a hybrid setting.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
