This role is crucial in supporting the purchasing department to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Maintain and update purchasing records and databases.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Assist in preparing purchase orders and invoices.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and maintain supplier relationships.,Support the purchasing manager in developing and implementing purchasing strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally for supplier meetings and site visits.
