📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the HR Director in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.,Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Oversee employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Support the HR Director in managing HR-related projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends is a plus.
