📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial operations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic financial plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits for all employees.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other departments.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
  • Ability to manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
