📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert legal advice and counsel to senior management and board members on a wide range of corporate legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including corporate governance, employment, and environmental laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and supply agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments for business transactions and investments.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Stay updated on legal developments and regulatory changes, and provide recommendations for proactive measures.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to support the company's business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external legal advisors, regulators, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate legal practice, with a strong background in corporate law and regulatory compliance.
• Professional certification in corporate law, such as the Certified Corporate Secretary (CCS) or Chartered Secretary (CS).
• Excellent knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and regulations, including the Company Law of Indonesia (UU No. 40/2007).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical legal solutions.
• Proven experience in managing legal disputes and litigations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and board members.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
