📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to maintain optimal product availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
