PT Eka Nusantara is seeking a talented and dedicated Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Bintaro, Banten. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.,Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll, including ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR events, such as team-building activities and company celebrations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
