📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
- Manage and maintain middleware infrastructure including IBM MQ, WebSphere, and other related technologies.
- Ensure high availability and performance of middleware systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex middleware issues.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of middleware solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotations to address critical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest middleware technologies and trends.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in middleware administration, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of IBM MQ, WebSphere, and other middleware technologies.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash.
- Solid understanding of system administration and networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
